We require certain information to provide our services to you. For example, you must have an account in order to use EZRPD™ services. When you choose to share the information below with us, we collect and use it to operate our services.
You must create an account to use our service features, such as generating and saving patients cases on EZRPD™. If you do choose to create an account, you must provide us with some personal data so that we can provide our services to you. On EZRPD™ this includes a username (for example, "sample1"), a password, must be 18 and older, an address (country, province and city), an email address, phone number, occupation, gender, and few others. Your username is always public. You're not permitted to create multiple accounts unless if you have permission from us to be able to use different user levels on the service.
Some of the activities on EZRPD™ services might be public, that would be including your profile information, your time zone, when you created your account, your profile photo, the published data (which is done by you and only you), shared rates and comments.
You are responsible for your posted data and other information you provide through our services, and you should think carefully about what you make public, especially if it is sensitive information. If you update your public information on EZRPD™ services, such as deleting a content or deactivating your account, we will reflect your updated content on EZRPD™ services and websites immediately.
We use your contact information, such as your email address or phone number, to authenticate your account and keep it - and our services - secure, and to help prevent spam, fraud, and abuse. We also use contact information to personalize our services, enable certain account features (for example, for login verification or verify identity or to prevent multiple creation of accounts), and to send you information about our services. If you provide us with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from EZRPD™ services to that number as your country’s laws allow. You can use your settings for email notifications to control notifications you receive from EZRPD™ services. You can also unsubscribe from our emailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us, or by going to your profile settings and disabling receive emails option.
If you email us, we will keep on the "email servers" the content of your message, your email address, and your contact information to respond to your request.
You may provide our 3rd party payment gateways with payment information, including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address, in order to purchase licenses or other offerings provided as part of our services. However, this information is not stored anywhere on our servers and we simply use 3rd party payment gateways to capture these payments. Sharing your credit card/debit number and other information will be stored on these 3rd party payment gateways and it's subject to their terms of use and policies. Currently we use Stripe to collect credit/debit card payments as well as Paypal as payment processor. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
All of the actions you take are logged on our servers to provide you with full details on what you did and how much that action did cost your account, this information can't be disabled or removed to keep everything as accurate as possible. If you've decided to save personal information about patient such as full name, address, email, phone number using EZRPD™, you must get a consent from that person and agree on our Terms & Conditions on how we use patient's data to provide our users with statistical data. Please keep in mind that you're not required to take patient's consent if you're not storing any personal data mentioned above. If you were a patient and decided to revoke your personal information to be stored on our servers please contact us to solve this issue and make the proper arrangements to remove these sensitive data.

We require information about your signup and current location, which we get from signals such as your IP address, to securely and reliably set up and maintain your account and to provide our services to you.
In order to operate our services, we keep track of how you interact with links across our services. This includes links in emails we send you. If you click on an external link or ad on our services, that advertiser or website operator might figure out that you came from EZRPD™ services such as EZRPD™, along with other information associated with the ad you clicked such as characteristics of the audience it was intended to reach. For example, we use a variety of third-party services to help operate our services, such as hosting our various blogs and wikis, and to help us understand the use of our services, such as Google Analytics. We may share your private personal data with such service providers subject to obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures, and on the condition that the third parties use your private personal data only on our behalf and pursuant to our instructions. We share your payment information with payment services providers to process payments; prevent, detect, and investigate fraud or other prohibited activities; facilitate dispute resolution such as chargebacks or refunds; and for other purposes associated with the acceptance of credit and debit cards.

We share or disclose non-personal data, such as aggregated information like the total number of patients with specific case "this applies to EZRPD™ only", total cases generated, statistical data for our users that can be used for research purposes only.
You control the personal data you share with us. You control your patients data that you share with us. You can access or rectify this data at any time. You can also deactivate your account. We also provide you tools to object, restrict, or withdraw consent where applicable for the use of data you have provided to EZRPD™ And we make the data you shared through our services portable and provide easy ways for you to contact us.
If you have registered an account on EZRPD™, we provide you with tools and account settings to access, correct, delete, or modify the personal data you provided to us and associated with your account. You also have the full control of patients data created by you, this data can be permanently stored on our servers for our statistical and analytical feature, deleting it might cause instability and incorrectness of the provided data to our users. However, you can either choose not to save patient private data or contact us in order to disassociate the private data of that patient for you.
We keep Log Data for a maximum of 18 months. When deactivated, your EZRPD™ account, including your username, and public data, will no longer be viewable on ezrpd.com. For up to 6 months after deactivation it is still possible to restore your EZRPD™ account if it was accidentally or wrongfully deactivated.
Keep in mind that search engines and other third parties may still retain copies of your public information, like your profile information, even after you have deleted the information from our services or deactivated your account. We have no control over these search engines, if you require them to remove that data please contact them and ask them to remove your personal information.
When you are logged into your EZRPD™ account, you can manage your account features and settings here at any time.
